A Low-Cal Recipe Journal:

I wrote a journal of recipes from a medical study at Stanford University, measuring the effects of a specific diet on insulin resistance in the body. The journal is growing as time permits, and includes daily recipes with point scores counting carbohydrates, protein and fats. Although my participation in the study ended in April 2008, I'll try to continue adding recipes that seem appropriate to the study
